Reigniting The Sizzle

September 23 will be a very good day for carnivores. That’s when Ruth’s Chris Steak House will once again open its doors at Circle Centre Mall in downtown Indianapolis after a $2 million remodel.

Ruth’s Chris has been a shrine for all things delicious in Indianapolis for two decades. Its USDA Prime steaks are grilled at 1,800 degrees and served on sizzling 500 degree plates. The revamped restaurant boasts a redesigned main dining room, an expanded bar area with live piano music, a striking granite-and-tile outer façade and innovative temperature-controlled wine storage.
